Dear Sir, 

According to Media Reports below,  Chennai Budget has not been published and it has been because of election code of conduct in RK Nagar. 

Kindly can you clarify us on the below 

- Did election commission order the Greater Chennai Corporation, to withhold publishing the budget?

- Has the Chennai Corporation reached out to the Election Commission in this regard 

For the citizens of Chennai, knowing budget information is their right. It would help the cause, if elections commission can clarify us on the above questions. 

We request you to issue a press release clarifying the position same, so that the citizens are aware of the actual issue.
